WPH achievess ISO/IEC 42001: 2023 Certification for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems

Certification reinforces WPH Digital’s commitment to responsible, secure and well-governed AI

Singapore, 15 July 2026 – WPH has achieved ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification for its Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS), following an independent assessment by BSI.

ISO/IEC 42001 is the world’s first international management system standard specifically developed for artificial intelligence. It establishes requirements for organisations to implement, maintain and continually improve an AIMS, providing a structured approach to managing the risks and opportunities associated with AI.

The certification demonstrates WPH’s commitment to embedding governance, accountability and risk management into how AI systems are developed, deployed, operated and monitored. It reflects the company’s focus on advancing AI innovation within a structured and responsible management framework. Through its AIMS, WPH has established policies, processes and controls covering key areas such as AI risk assessment, defined responsibilities, data governance, lifecycle oversight, performance monitoring and continual improvement.

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into operational workflows, customer interactions and decision-support systems, organisations must address considerations such as transparency, data governance, information security, system performance and accountability. ISO/IEC 42001 provides an internationally recognised framework for managing these considerations consistently.

Under its AIMS, WPH Digital has established structured policies, responsibilities and controls covering:

  • AI risk and impact assessment;
  • Defined governance roles and accountability;
  • Data and information management;
  • Secure AI system design and implementation;
  • Lifecycle monitoring and performance evaluation; and
  • Management review and continual improvement.

The certification strengthens WPH Digital’s ability to support organisations adopting AI in enterprise, regulated and mission-critical environments. It provides independent assurance that WPH’s AI management system, within its certified scope, has been assessed against an internationally recognised standard for structured governance, risk management, accountability and continual improvements.

The certification does not represent a one-time compliance exercise. WPH will continue to review and strengthen its AI governance practices as technologies, risks and expectations evolve.

Through ISO/IEC 42001, WPH  is reinforcing its commitment to developing and managing AI systems that are secure, accountable, resilient and aligned with enterprise requirements.
